Meeting with Logistics Practice – 20.11.2023
Logistics Students Club invites you to the Meeting with Logistics Practice which will take place on 20th of November at 9:45 in room C301. The meeting will be conducted in English.
The speaker will be Jan Wierzba, graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk, a logistics practitioner who has been operating in the logistics industry for 10 years as a branch manager, team leader and freight forwarder. Currently, he runs a branch of transport of PHU Mirosław Wilczyński.
During the meeting, he will present what work in road forwarding looks like in practice, what career paths there are, which features are most desirable in this industry, and what benefits result from the use of process thinking.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
PHU Mirosław Wilczyński is a transport and forwarding company operating on the domestic andEuropean market for almost 20 years. The headquarter of the company is located in Strojec near Kluczbork. The company also has branches in Kalisz, Warsaw and Gdańsk. The fleet includes 26 trucks, 2 solos and 10 buses. The mission of the company is to provide transport solutions that meet customer expectations.
